Customer Service Representative

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling customer contacts (both Inbound & outbound in telephony and other medias)
  • Provide excellent customer experience to all contacts
  • Follow operational guidelines in accordance with company’s requirements and procedures
  • Handle daily customer enquiries and correspondences from call center in professional manner
  • Perform administrative duties related to service support
  • Support any ad hoc job tasks assigned by manager

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • 2 years or above experience in customer service, exposure in general insurance will be an advantage
  • Possess IIQE is also an advantage
  • Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
  • Independent and able to work under pressure
  • Well-organized and details oriented
  • Good negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Positive attitude, cheerful manner, with desire to serve people and self-motivated
  • Strong sense of data integrity
  • Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin,
  • Proficient in MS Office
Policy Administration Assistant (Motor Division)

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle policy documentation, policy issuance, endorsement issuance and filing
  • Provide clerical supports to the team and deliver professional services to clients on motor insurance
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior

Requirements

  • Form 5 or above
  • Minimum 2 years’ clerical working experience
  • Underwriting experience in Motor insurance is preferred
  • Good computer knowledge in MS Office especially Word & Excel
  • Good command of both English and Chinese
  • Fast & accurate typing (50 wpm or above)
Policy Administration Officer (Motor Division)

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare issuance of policies, endorsements, renewals and reinsurance arrangements in effective manner
  • Handle enquiries via in/outbound calls/mails on policy administration and underwriting issues in professional manner
  • Handle incoming policy, payment and channel to internal stakeholders within the service standard.
  • Support day to day operations including reviewing/screening of policy documents to ensure service deliverables. Manage and monitor premium collection, settlement/refund process.
  • Assist in preparation of regular statistical reports
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • At least 4 years of experience in insurance policy administration of motor insurance and underwriting knowhow
  • Possess IIQE is also an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer orientated, responsive, attentive to details and able to work under pressure
  • Accept challenges and able to handle multi-task in fast changing environment
  • Dynamic, proactive, self-motivated, able to work independently to meet schedule
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Good PC skills including Word, Excel & Chinese input
